Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products — No General Refunds

Since all products sold by NaukriPhod are digital study materials (PDFs, practice sets, notes) delivered instantly upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once the material has been delivered or downloaded.

2. When We Do Issue Refunds

We will consider a refund in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment: You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
• Non-delivery: You did not receive the download link or PDF after successful payment, and our team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
• Wrong product: You received a materially different product than what was described at the time of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at naukriphod@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
2. Include your order ID, payment screenshot, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation

Since digital products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after payment is processed. If you face an issue before making a payment, simply do not complete the transaction.
